MOLO CHURCH
Molo Church is an architectural treasure that makes us proud of our Filipino heritage. The church was built in 1831 under Fray Pablo MontaƱo and was completed in 1888 by Fray Agapito. The church is made of white corral rock and is considered as one of the most attractive churches in the Philippines.

MOLO PLAZA
Right in front of Molo Church is the Molo Plaza with benches under canopy trees, a place where you can relax and just pass time by enjoying the beautiful park and the serene surrounding.

MOLO MANSION
The Yusay-Consing Mansion popularly known as Molo Mansion has a distinctive neo-classical architecture with dominant colonnade in front and other architectural ornaments. It was built in 1920.

JARO CATHEDRAL
Another architectural gem in Iloilo City is the Jaro Cathedral. The shrine is constructed in the Romanesque Revival style, deviating from semi-circular arches. A distinctive feature is that the bell tower is located across a busy street from the church, on Jaro Plaza, resembling Ilocos churches.Typically, belfries are built next to their churches. In this case, the tower was adjacent to an earlier church, but an earthquake destroyed the church and left the tower. Another distinctive feature is the stairs attached to the front facade of the cathedral, over the main entrance, leading up to a shrine featuring a statue of Our Lady of the Candles.
