SOUTHWOODS CITY is an ongoing urban development under construction comprising of mixed-use commercial and residential buildings located in Binan City, Laguna. It is owned and developed by Global Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), a subsidiary of Megaworld, one of the giants among real estate developers in the Philippines.
GETTING THERE
It is only around 11 kilometers from the southern part of Metro Manila. Just proceed to the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) then take the Southwoods exit.
STO. NINO DE CEBU PARISH CHURCH
Upon exiting at Southwoods, you'll be greeted by this obvious religious landmark with a vivid color of the red brick.

I had an opportunity to visit again Southwoods Mall & Holland Park Residences on this day. The mall is already open to the public but still, there are a lot of commercial stalls doing their fit-out works with a commitment to open soon this year as stated in their banner. I'm very sorry that the date stamped on the photo is not correct.
