JAPAN Travel Experience, Roaming around Namba - Day 4

June 28, 2019
Mabuhay!
This is a photo and video journal of day 4 of our group travel adventure in Japan - a unique but incredible country, featuring our visit to Namba, a high-energy entertainment district in Osaka.
Getting There
Namba is only a 15-minute walk from Shinshibaishi Suji Area

Exceptional Work Ethics of the Japanese
This is probably an already popular notion, but Japanese people have a strong work ethic, which includes punctuality and commitment to work. A lot of employees prioritize work over spending time with their families. They start their day early and spend hours commuting. Working overtime is often a normal practice.
I work with Japanese engineers now & some of my previous projects. I honestly admit, their dedication to work and attention to detail is very inspiring.
They always attend daily toolbox meetings. They always conduct daily quality inspections. They do detailed drawings digitally or hand sketches. They are very strict when it comes to quality and safety. Also, they think critically when they analyze the sequence of works giving me much insight into how to manage a certain project properly.
