DIY Budget Travel in Israel: Day 3 Part 1 Discover Bethlehem

This is a photo and video journal of day 3 part 1 of our DIY budget travel adventure in Israel. Today we are exploring Bethlehem featuring the Church of the Nativity believed to be housing the birthplace of our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ.
Getting There
Our first destination is the Tel Aviv Central Bus Station. It is approximately a 30-minute walk from our accommodation.

Today is Saturday so the Jews are observing Shabbat. It is a rest day commanded by God in the Bible.
