July 7, 2019
Mabuhay!

This is a photo and video journal of Day 4 Part 1 of our DIY budget travel to Israel featuring our visit to Capernaum National Park. This place is where our Lord Jesus Christ spent most of His time during His earthly ministry.
From our Hostel
Photo-ops to begin another day of travel adventure.

Tel Aviv Central Bus Station
It's around a 30-minute walk from the hostel to Tel Aviv Central Bus Station

I am surprised to see ad posters written in Filipino language in Israel. These are ads for room rent.

Capernaum
Capernaum was the center of Jesus' ministry in Galilee.

The Capernaum National Park stretches the length of a 5.2-kilometer shoreline from Amnun Bay to Tel Kinarot. The park includes a variety of sites such as antiquities, religious sites, traditions and nature, lagoons, coves, springs, and streams.

The Sea of Galilee
Jesus Christ spend a lot of time preaching in the Sea of Galilee. He also did a lot of miracles here most famous of them is when He walked on water.

Hitchhike back to Tiberias
This Israeli is generous enough to let us accompany him on a hitchhike ride on a coaster bus going back to Tiberias. He even paid for the fare the driver requested us to pay.
