TRIP TO THAILAND DAY 3

MABUHAY!
This is a photo journal of our 3rd-day travel in Bangkok, Thailand with lots of smile and excitement. Today's itinerary includes boat tour at Chaoprya River and canals, visit Wat Arun temple (Temple of the Dawn), Royal Grand Palace, jewelry factory, international buffet lunch and dinner at Somboon restaurant.


MORNING BOAT TOUR AT CHAOPRYA RIVER AND CANALS
A boat will take you down along the Chaoprya River and canals of Thonburi to see family homes and temples along the waterways which gives this city "Venice of the East"

VISIT WAT ARUN TEMPLE (TEMPLE OF DAWN)
The temple of the Dawn on the bank of Chao Phraya has always been the most remembered scene of Bangkok skyline for ages. It is believed that Wat Arun was built during Ayutthaya era and is better-known name: Wat Chaeng, which means the temple of the dawn. The main highlight of Wat Arun is undoubtedly the grand pagoda or prang in Thai. Influenced by Khmer-style pagoda, the 67-meter tall pagoda is made of cement covered by millions of pieces of China porcelains.

VISIT AT ROYAL GRAND PALACE AND EMERALD BUDDHA
A perfect introduction to Thailand, the Buddhist faith, regal splendor, and tradition.Though no longer the royal residence, it remains the symbol of the kingdom. Key attractions around the Grand Palace includes the Wat Phra Kaew Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Royal Pantheon, Coronation Throne Hall, Royal Reception Hall, and Royal Funeral Hall.
