Mabuhay!
This is a photo and video journal of our travel to the historic town of Ilocos Sur featuring our summer getaway swimming in Santa Catalina Beach to cool off the summer heat.
Getting There
Our number 6 and last on our travel itinerary is Sta. Catalina Beach in Ilocos Sur. Of course, our family vacation will never be complete without getting wet in the cool water of a beach resort.
From our visit to Juan and Antonio Luna's museum in Badoc, Ilocos Norte, we headed back to Sta. Catalina to check in our rented accommodation where we will spend overnight. It is almost a 1-hour car drive from our previous destination.

Local Fishermen selling their Catch
After checking in, we roam around the area to buy some food for our dinner. We saw a group of fishermen selling their fresh catch of sea foods.

Our Accommodation
A simple yet large cozy room fit for 6 people is where we spend our night before heading to the beach in the morning. This accommodation is just adjacent to the welcome arch of Sta. Catalina.
