MABUHAY!
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our garage steel gate - a four-panel Galvanized Iron (GI) plain sheet with Galvanized Iron (GI) pipe framing and mild steel grills and the accent is already 2 years old. With long exposure to natural elements, hot and rainy seasons that is common in the Philippines, the paint coating became worn-out. The paint of one gate panel chipped-off, most of the steel accents are now corroded and it's glossy brilliant color faded.
Repainting steel is very tricky. You have to use the right kind of paint and follow the correct procedure so as not to waste your effort- your precious time and energy!

A good advice that I can share with you is to make a friendly visit to a Paint Hardware, not just an ordinary hardware store. They can mix on the spot the color that you want, and can even serve you the quantity that you just require.
Purchase painting materials preferably from a paint store, not in a hardware store |
The paint store attendant can easily determine the paint combination for your preferred color |
