ENJOYING THE SUNSET AT KOTA KINABALU ESPLANADE, SABAH, MALAYSIA

April 1, 2018
MABUHAY!
This is a photo and video journal of our budget travel to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia featuring our visit to KK Esplanade to enjoy the magnificent beauty of the sunset.

ROAMING AROUND KOTA KINABALU
After buying some chocolates at the nearby grocery store for our gifts when we return to the Philippines,  we strolled around the blocks crossing not so busy streets to get the serene ambiance of this seaside destination for the second time.
Ongoing construction of modern buildings.

SUNSET AT KOTA KINABALU ESPLANADE
We were not able to go to this place on our first visit but this time, my wife and I really spent our afternoon time here and enjoyed the romantic beauty of the sunset.

This sunset really gives me a romantic vibe that I want to share with my wife.

" Honey, I want to tell you that I really thank God that she gave me -  you, as my wife. For all the troubles that we've been to, for all the hardships- while trekking on a very steep mountain and hunger- while we eat in the street gutter, that we shared these moments together while we travel in this life. I thank you for being there. I don't know how many more sunsets we will see while our vision is still clear, how many more destinations our feet will tread on while we can still walk, all I know that TOGETHER we will move on and for the rest of our lives, I will love you and give my life for you."

MORNING STROLL AT JESSELTON POINT
Just before the sunrise, we took a leisurely walk in this old historic harbor to breathe in the sea breeze that we don't feel and experience in our city life.
