MABUHAY!
This is a photo and video journal of my business travel to China featuring our visit to the glass bridge which is day 3 of our itinerary.
BREAKFAST TIME
My day started with
breakfast in Jiagao Business Hotel. My meal consisted of an authentic Chinese noodle
delicacy locally known in the Philippines as "pancit", a hard-boiled
egg, boiled lettuce, dumplings, and variety of Chinese bread locally known as
"pao". What a delicious way to start your day!
As this is a business trip, we are going to test today the mock-up samples of a curtain wall glass in a laboratory in Guanzhou City. But the team deployed there notified us - the inspection team, that they encountered some delay. So our Chinese host decided to tour us to a nearby theme park with its famous attraction - the glass bridge which is truly an engineering wonder.
The child in me was alive again once inside the park. |

The park is alive with vivid colors representing freshness and youth. Truly this place is a stress reliever. |

ROAMING AROUND THE PARK
I cannot help but wonder how the Chinese could come up with this amazing design. This bridge is probably around five hundred meters spanning across two elevated mountains. |
